"Breakline is a Breakout variant. You have a paddle which bounces a ball up and down to break blocks on the game field. You can activate several special abilities, e.g. releasing several balls at once or a ball which cuts through solid blocks. The levels include gimmicks like teleporters or bumpers. There is also a training mode in which you can select the individual levels."

"This game runs perfectly on my G3 MiniTower 333mhz in Mac OS 9.2.1 but only with extensions off. Try starting your G4 up with Extensions Off. When your running Mac OS 9 normally it will just freeze up the system. Good luck! Very very fun game though. I remember I bought this game a while back, it came on a few floppies. This engaging and attractive puzzle game was first developed for the PC. Translation to the Mac proved to be an upgrade, at least visually. Each level is solved by blowing up the Mars face. Dozens of movable, operable objects must be utilized in game play somewhat reminiscent of The Incredible Machine.
