In essence, you take a chassis and build a machine. The machine you need to build will vary on the type of activity you're set out to do (racing, seek & destroy, etc). You place items on your chassis (radars, thrusters, rockets, etc) that you think you might need to help you win. Next, you wire (or program) your machine with specific instructions on what do.

Victoria: An Empire Under the Sun

Victoria: An Empire Under the Sun takes players to the Victorian era (1835 to 1920), in which time they can direct their nation in the fields of diplomacy, warfare, economy, industrialization, colonization, technological research and politics. There is somewhat more micro-management in this game, compared to Europa Universalis releases. The economy model in the game is rather complex and often takes precedence over military strategy.

Massive Assault

Massive Assault is a turn-based, computer war-game. Despite featuring 3D graphics, the game is similar to tabletop war-games in that its game play is governed by simple rules and takes place on a hexagonal grid. The game's opposing forces are made up of largely equivalent units. Game play is made somewhat more complex by the addition of "secret allies," the disclosure of which can change the course of a game. (Wikipedia)

Version 1.1.191

The second D/L is an updater
