This is an interactive comic book based on the comic with the same name by famed Belgian comics artist Edgar P. Jacobs. Dr. Mortimer discovers a Chronoscaph, a machine for travelling through time, in the labs of his old nemesis, Professor Miloch. Mortimer's curiosity gets the better of him and he steps right into the trap. It will propel him into the Jurassic period, the Middle Ages and the 51st century. You will have to foil the traps laid during each voyage (MobyGames).

Edutainment/adventure game set in the Viking empire some time in the 11th century. You play the role of Hjalmar, son of the bersekir Ingmar. The game opens in Finland, where you must assist Ingmar's friend Leif Harraldson in hiring the shaman Eldgrim. Eldgrim tells Hjalmar that his father's estate Dynhólmar in Iceland has been destroyed and his father killed. Hjalmar travels to Iceland to verify the claim and recover the family's heirloom axe Hildirid. Following the trail of the axe, Hjalmar will travel to Greenland and finally to Vinland (now called North America).

The storyline is the technological progress of mankind from the stone age to the modern day. The game starts with a bang—literally, the Big Bang—and lands you in the time of Homo Erectus. From there you'll move into ancient Mesopotamia, with side trips to Egypt and China. After quite a bit of time there, the game skips the Roman Empire completely and moves you into the Middle Ages for a brief stop. Then you'll skip the Renaissance and jump to the Industrial Revolution and finally to the modern age.

Go back in time to three periods in time when various kings used the Louvre as their residential palaces: Charles V Mediaeval period, Henry IV Renaissance period, Louis XV 1789 French Revolution period, and return safely to present day.
