This oddity applies Entrex's wargame engine to a battle inside the human body. As usual, you can take either side: deploy drugs and antibodies to defend strategically vital organs, or marshal a force of germs to wipe out the immune system.

There was later a CD-ROM sequel, Germicide 3D: Return to the Park.

Entrex's Turning Points line of historical wargames let students roleplay either side of various conflicts — in this case the War Between the States. You could fight to win, or opt to be graded on how faithfully you re-enacted history.

A color version and a CD-ROM version were also available.
