Shards challenges you to solve a number of geometric puzzles. Each puzzle involves a polygon that has been shattered into little pieces (shards). The idea is to reconstruct the original puzzle by rotating, translating, and flipping these shards. Most of the puzzles are only made of a small number of pieces, yet they can be surprisingly difficult.

You can only play the first two Easy puzzles without registering, but I don't have a registration code.

The About windows says this is version 1.3, but the Finder's Get Info window says version 1.2.

Simply arrange the tiles so that they create a closed circuit, such as a circle or oval. Sounds easy, right? Unfortunately, you can only move a column or row at a time—so moving a tile usually moves more than one! When all the pieces have been cleared, you'll go onto the next level.

Harder levels add rings with double loops, remove controls, and allow for the possibility of running out of pieces—on these levels you'll want to choose your matches wisely.

This game is not Push-Push, but does have similar gameplay.

It comes with English as the default language, but can be changed to Italian or French with the included language files. The HTML Instructions also give directions to creating your own language file (using ResEdit or similar).

Indovina is inspired by the famous board game called Guess Who?.

You will be prompted with 24 faces among which your Mac will randomly select one for itself and one for you. The aim of the game is to guess the opponent’s face before it guesses yours. You can play either versus your Mac or versus a friend on an AppleTalk network (currently, on the same zone only).

"What is Covalence Solitaire?
As the name implies, this is for one person. The object of the game is to remove as many atoms from the playing field as possible. Atoms are removed when they form molecules; that is, they are connected horizontally or vertically to other atoms of the same kind. When a molecule is removed from the field, the other atoms fall down and shift to the right."

Trojka 1.0

A Tetris-style game where you clear sets of three or more blocks of the same colour, but only in rows or diagonally - vertical columns of blocks don't count and do not clear. You get a "Trojka" bonus if you clear a chain of three or more sets of blocks.

Game is controlled using the cursor keys.

Game is on a Disk Copy 4 disk image (1.44MB floppy) inside the Stuffit 3.5 archive.

Drops 1.0

This is a version of Connect Four for two players (either human vs. human or human vs. computer) played in a small window.

"Drops 1.0 will work on a PPC Macintosh running any operating system from Mac OS 9.2 up to and including Mac OS X (on Mac OS X it will go into Classic mode).

A Mac version of the Wheel of Fortune quiz show, for three human players. Choose three players or click "Quick Start" for random character picks. Then take turns spinning the wheel, guessing letters, buying vowels, and solving the puzzles. Has some comic player animations when they are clicked on or have good / bad results.

Poking around the file with ResEdit shows that it was created in HyperCard, but it runs as a stand-alone application.

Unfortunately I do not have any other puzzles lists nor the application / instructions to make them, so there's only the in-built set.
