The site and all data has been migrated to a new server. All prior limits have been removed.

From now on, please upload to the server. Many files will need to be reuploaded.

I estimate that 98% of the games and applications downloaded from Macintosh Garden are trouble-free, easy to install programs without any installation/launching difficulties. However, those remaining 2% can create some serious challenges when it comes to getting the program to install/run.

By "special instructions" I mean a simple clarification. This applies when a game or application doesn't follow the standard routine of clicking on an installer and having the rest be done automatically.

A short sentence or two in the description field to clarify would be extremely helpful.

New categories for uploads?

I have some Japanese software that I'd like to get around to uploading one of these days. I have some Japanese version of English games plus several Japan exclusive games. There are several Japanese games already uploaded to this website so I was wondering if we could put all of the Japanese games under a "Japanese" category.

Also I have some pornographic software in Japanese, maybe there should be an "Adult" category then I could upload those too.

Hello.
This is my first topic.
I have a question. Why this site is not designed for viewing on old macs? I have a old Quadra 650 (33MHz, 68040) and i can't load this site on Internet explorer 4.01 (security error). If I use iCab 2.99 or Netscape 4 then i can, but this take very long time for load and all text or graphics is not formatted (old browsers don't have a new css engines).

I just uploaded a funny/interesting CD that I found with a PowerCD I have. Noticed it was not uploaded and decided to contribute it.

However it's my first upload and its not straight forward as neither an app or game.
