Snowball Run

The object of Snowball Run is to beat all 75 levels spread over three stages; beginner, intermediate, and advanced. There is a time limit to beat; points are awarded based on how far under it you are. There are also fish to collect for points. You are a penguin riding a snowball in what seems to be some sort of amusement park in the sky. Visually, there are elephant balloons, roller coasters, merry-go-rounds, and candy stores. Gameplay hazards include ramps, holes and barriers.

Aliens vs. Predator 2

On planet LV1201, ancient alien ruins have been discovered. The Weyland-Yutani corporation sets up a research facility in the area, to study and unlock the secrets of the excavation. When xenomorphic (alien) eggs are found, Dr. Eisenberg is assigned command of the scientific progress. Weyland-Yutani also hires a band of mercenaries, under the command of discharged General Rykov to act as security of the facility. As time passes, observation pods are set up to observe an artificial xenomorphic hive.

Developed for the Mac by the games' original developer, PopCap Games, Bejeweled and Alchemy are two challenging arcade-style puzzle titles already enjoyed online via PopCap Games' Java-based online gaming service. PopCap Games has redone for the Mac with improved graphics, sound and gameplay. In Bejeweled, players must match gems on a puzzle board before time runs out by matching 3 gems in a row either horizontally or vertically. Alchemy puts players in the role of a wizard who must transmute lead to gold by matching colored symbols of like kind horizontally or vertically.

Fowl have run afoul of this less-than-serious hunting sim. Players need to shoot down crazy birds before their madness spreads. According to story of Birdie Shoot, a number of birds have been infected by a strange virus that is driving them wacky. They need to be contained, through the use of a handy "anaesthetization gun," before their malady can be spread. The game features six types of birds, including ducks, chicken, doves, and storks, and the action takes place in four different environmental settings. Funny sound effects and cartoonish graphics emphasize the playful nature of the game.
