Pyramid of Peril

This obscure Mac exclusive is remarkably similar to one of the platform's all-time classics, which it actually predates by two years. In grid-based first-person 3D, you automap downward through a pyramid... collecting treasure, fending off vermin (plus supernatural guardians), and seeking a cursed magical artifact. Pyramid's most notable distinction is its arcade-style combat — and that it isn't nearly as playable or fun as its successor.

Mac-Challenger

After the tragedy, some of the game's proceeds were directed to a fund for the astronauts' children, and a sticker to that effect added to the cover.
