There are Airport drivers (for original Airport 802.11a/b cards) included in 9.2.X System Software install disks... I did a default 9.2.1 and updated to 9.2.2 (Aus version), and Airport was there in the Apple Menu -- you may need to do an install with the Airport card installed?!
