PSX Utils for Action Replay CDX and GameShark CDX

Version 1.06. Update for the PSX utils that comes with the serial cable
and CDX CD. 

Copy the "CDXUtils" folder to your PC and then unzip this
file into the new "CDXUtils" folder. 

This will replace the PSXUTILS.EXE file.

This version fixes problems with downloading the code list.
