Not sure what you would need a manual for as it just installs the CD-ROM extension.
Any OS past 7.1 would have the CD-ROM extension as part of the OS install.
There is nothing unique about 150E or 300E.
Standard SCSI number for Apple CD-ROMs is "3", both internal and external.
If someone finds the English or other version, please add, hopefully an English manual as well.
