Tiger Technologies used to be a software company which had a small collection of applications that i wonder why in our modern times they have not been replicated for our modern OS's. The two i miss and love the most are precisely Holiday Lights and Menuette. Tiger Tech changed business direction and they offer hosting now, however they still let you download their old programs, which were shareware at the time, for free. Check their "old" software page and get Holiday Lights and other software, and a free "unsupported" registration code to unlock all capabilities of their nice utilities. They used to have loads of pages with extra bulbs you could add to Holiday Lights, now you can download them all in a single compressed archive.
