Comments
When editing the page, there is a button to save your changes below "log message," but below that the comments section also shows up with its own save button. Don't hit the save button below the comments section when you're editing a page. It's easy to edit a page and scroll all the way to the bottom and hit save without thinking about it, and it nullifies everything you just changed.
Don't try to leave a comment at the same time.
Probably the latter...can't recall. So I have to click at the bottom of the page even when I post a new comment to go with the change?
Did you click save at the bottom of the page or at the bottom of the "post new comment"? A common mistake...
I mean that I went through the process of filling everything out to upload my file, click save, and there was no change to the web page. Probably something wrong at my end...my browser seems a bit unstable of late. This has happened to me before at MG
What do you mean with 'stick'?
upload didn't stick. Tried again
The original upload was an installed version of THINK C 5.0.1. I have just uploaded Disk Copy 4.2 images (compressed with MacZip...use the same to uncompress) of the four original install disks (version 5.0.2), and a scanned image the physical Disk 1. Preserving the original disks seems more in keeping with the archival philosophy of Macintosh Garden.
There were three manuals that came with the disks: "User Manual", "Object-Oriented Programming Manual", and "Standard Libraries Reference" but they are too big to scan for uploading.
The compiler is listed here as being compatible with Systems 6 and 7 (it requires at least System 6.0.5), but I find that it fires up OK on System 9 on a PPC (G3), although I haven't tested to see it it works properly on System 9. Of course the code it produces would be intended for Systems 6 and 7 only .
I got DiskCopy 4.2 images of this on an old CD.

Aargh! Another upload not provided as Disk Copy image...
Expand the file with Stuffit Expander provided here.
Probably you've to drag the file onto the app icon or its window to get it recognized by Stuffit, instead of just double-clicking it.
Thanks,
How do you expand it in BasiliskII emulator?
One day, if you come to "Lieblingsfreizeitbeschaeftigung", you're a hero.
I lied haha
I just know German 1.0.1 very, very Basic.
weird thing is that once I learn new words or phrases, I can understand them much easier than
other languages like French or Italian, even though those languages are closer to Spanish.
Otto Waalkes: In der Kneipe.
I speak German fluently
I can't remember what I've done w/Applesoft Basic, but it teached me to use Realbasic today.
On the other hand, most of the Applesoft programming I've done is german...
It would be nice if you post your in BASIC programs on your WebSite.
I programmed with it for a long time, too.
Yes I know about the QBASIC it came with MS-DOS,
but I never used it.
Microsoft did a version of BASIC too.
I only know AppleSoft BASIC.
I remember an article in german macintosh monthly paper, describing RealC *and* RealBasic, compared on a double page, version 1.0 every.
The only of them which is still living, is Realbasic, which I still use for programming, as a replacement for HyperCard I've used before.
Anyone able to upload RealC?
