TimeMachine: GUI Front-End for Terminal's 'Touch' Command

Provides a convenient interface for changing the Created and Modified dates of files in OSX.

Works in OSX 10.4-10.6 (10.6/Intel requiring Rosetta).

This makes it easy to change the 'Created' and 'Modified' dates in a file's info panel.
