• A single-click app for repairing permissions (can be set as a startup item to keep your system running well).

• A force-delete app for getting rid of locked files, files with complicated permissions and those pesky zip files that Finder doesn't like to let go of - Use with caution!!!

• A shutdown timer that prompts for the desired number of minutes until shutdown. Very useful when leaving videos or photoshop rendering.
