A 2 (two) MB restriction on all file uploads?

Uploading a file today of 2.4 MB in size I was informed that it exceeded the file upload limit of TWO MBs!

Wow. That's new

Ouch! I can't see myself uploading PM6.52 or Illustrator9 again :-/
