Amanda Stories Mac&Win CD - I don't know if this is strictly abandoned as it appears to be still being sold by various outlets - see this Google Search result - you can still purchase a copy for around $15 - $20 or so.

Sure, but if one can catch an original, he/she should go for it. 
If/When this site adds Buy buttons, these buttons will mostly be linked to the kind of your search results (eBay, Amazon,...)

Yes, you add it to the emulator's drives list like your emulated boot disk. System versions older than 7.5 (installed in Mini vMac) maybe needs a CD driver software installed to read the CD ROM images.
