Is there any RAM program that makes believe X app the Mac has X physical ram? Ram Doubler is virtual memory and i believe ram charger too... Does such program exists?
e.j. A game needs 128 ram but i have 64 and the game asks for 128 or it wont run.

Go to your iMac's "Control Panels" and open the "Memory" CP. You can choose how much extra virtual ram with this CP without needing to add 3rd party software. Just requires a reboot.
I know that but, the game keeps askings for 64 physical ram not virtual ram, and i already have 128 as virtual
Well it looks like your game also knows the diff between fake and real RAM... and there's only one way out of that situation 
Is it an iMac G3? If so, you just need some regular 168 pin SDRAM. You can probably find some for a good price on a site like Geeks.com or WeirdStuff Warehouse.
No, the 233MHz iMac took 144 pin SO-DIMMs (2 slots), same RAM as the PBG3 series around that time - which was good for me, when I maxed out my PBG3, I could put the old 64MB and 128MB sticks in my iMac G3. Both now given away.

Pretty sure the rest of the G3 line uses standard desktop RAM though. The two 256 meg sticks in my 400 DV came out of an old Optiplex.
I think it's a tray-loader / slot-loader thing. From the slot-loading G3 iMacs it was PC-100, but the 4 revisions of iMac before it were the 144-pin Small Outline variety.
Yes, there was a lot that was different from the tray loaders to the slot loaders. The tray loaders use the same memory as the Wallstreet PowerBooks; that much I remember offhand. If you use the configurator feature at OWC it will tell you exactly what is needed.
