I would like a System 6.0.8 or 6.0.8L boot disk image that would work with Mini vMac.
Anyone have this?

You can get these direct from Apple still, in the downloads/support area: http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates... -- You'll need something that can decode Stuffit SEA file, but I just now downloaded, decompressed, and booted 6.0.8 in Mini vMac without incident.

I only want a floppy boot disk image... Not the whole OS.
Anyway how do you make boot disk in Mac OS 7-9?

So, only DL the file named "SSW_6.0.8-800k_Disk2of4.sea.bin" from that link you were given above. It mounts as "Utilities 1", a system boot floppy for SSW 6.0.8, suitable for a Mac Plus, etc. Ideal for booting Mini vMac. Its equivalent to the "Disk Tools" floppies from SSW 7.0 and later, it contains a basic System Folder and a few disk utilities.

From most floppy sets, one or two were bootable. Mostly the first one or the System Tools floppy.
Are you looking for a special language or OS version?

MTT delivers AGAIN!
There is a superb 14" G4 iBook on Gumtree here, although the seller wants $180 for it (and it doesn't boot OS9). Apart from that, it looks great!
