Can anyone tell me what is so great about this Apple before I make a dumb purchase? I see it has a hard drive attached to it and green screen,is it just for collection sake or can they do anything quite different? This person wants 100.00 and doesnt know if it works and im like 50...

Somewhat late, but I came across the Apple_II some time ago too.
Especially the gs was way ahead of its time.

Games can be played inside your browser with the help of a plugin (or downloaded):

Depending on your host OS there are flavors of KEGS available e.g Sweet16 for OSX.
