Can anyone upload a copy of the appleworks 6 english cd in uncompressed toast or iso format, for burning? I'm having a problem with getting software onto my mac because my DB-25 to RJ45 adapter just died on me.

If you have another old mac, you can use the 8 pin printer ports networked via Appletalk.
Try what I've got here at my Old Mac Archive: http://www.mediafire.com/file/01mvyhtxded/AppleWorks_6_2_9.zip
And macwrench is right, when using older macs, it's good to have more than one in order to facilitate transfer of files, etc. I've got mostly PowerBooks myself; they don't take up much space.
I've got software and a complete capability to tranfer between my mac and my pc's, bu\oth of which have linux installed in multiboot with appletalk drivers. It's just acquiring a new adapter. I'm relatively poor.
Linux's not an Apple system.
Mklinux, which uses a loader as an extension. It may be i don't have enough memory.
#edit:sorry, i didn't realize which topic i was posting on.
oops. Wrong topic. https://www.google.com/search?q=netatalk
I also use PC MACLAN on WIN7
I was worried my e-mails to you had got lost in a junk mail filter, but I just got your replies. thanks
nope. I just hadn't gotten them yet. My filters are highly specialized at the moment. I've been tuning them.
