Calculator Construction Set

Does anybody still own the "Calculator Construction Set" by Dubl-Click? I would really appreciate if anyone could post it here!

Yeah I've been looking for this one, too. Can't find even a hint of it anywhere except in a book!

Thanks! It's a piece of software that seems so logical and yet no one else seemed to think of it back then.
