It was some sort of a kids animation studio, I played with it on the my Performa 5200. It had ready gif-like animations of all sorts that animated when you dragged them around the white background. And when you dragged an animated object around on the board you would hear this..weird continuous sound which would speed up if you moved the object fast. You could also draw yourself frame by frame. And you could export your video to a quicktime file when you were done.

I remember vividly a video I made of a frog that flew into outerspace.
