This game is similar to the board game "Guess Who?". It is late-90s era. It had an unique title (possibly a gibberish word) which I would recognize if I saw it but can't remember off the top of my head. You could ask questions in the game by typing or selecting from menus. It had two dialect choices, American English and British English.

Anyone have an idea what I'm talking about?
