I'm trying to expand Sound Library 2000, but after unstuffing it I get this error. It asks me to pick a different location for the expand, but none work. Has anyone seen this issue before?

I have seen this happen sometimes when trying to unstuff using OS X StuffIt if the archive was made with under Classic. Try using an earlier version of StuffIt or maybe use Unarchiver.

Unstuffing with Unarchiver solved my problem.
