Hello,
I am playing Deja Vu for the Mac via Basilisk II, but when I try to do something that requires a sound effect to play, the game locks up. I give it time and it is still locked up. Can someone tell me how to solve this? I would really like to play this game. Thanks.

Think the trick was to turn sound off. Shoule play fine in vMac / mini vMac.

How do I turn the sound off in the game? I can't figure out how.

Sound off on the "emulated" mac. In the Sound / General control panel, all the way to zero.
That used to be the fix for playing the other adventures, ie. Shadowgate, with the Sound issue.

Oh OK. Thanks a lot for the help. vMac doesn't seem to have problems with the games that Basilisk does (Uninvited won't even run in Basilisk and Pool of Radiance comes up with this error in Basilisk too at random times).
