FS: Powerbook 1x0 Series

A while back a brought a lot of 6 powerbook 1x0 series on ebay, only really wanted one, but hey, they where cheap Wink

Out of the lot 4 booted (all with wandering contrast issues, but thats just caps on the inverter), unfortunatley the 2 165's are compleatley dead.

I'm now looking to make some room, so want to offload some of the working ones (i'll fix the inverter in all of them)

However there is one catch, i have no working 2.5" scsi drives to put in them

For sale is:
1 x PowerBook 140
1 x PowerBook 145

I also have a 160 / 165c hybrid, needs more testing before i decide if i'm selling that one aswell

The 140 has a sort of working 160mb scsi drive, however formatting it in the powerbook always fails and it prevents the system booting from floppy (finder crashes when trying to read it) It however will boot from the hard drive, which reads and writes fine (it sounds a little clunky and is probable on it's way out)

Neither has a charger or battery, you can pick them up on ebay, or i have found the PSone power adapter is perfect (but you need to change the plug on it)

Both have 4mb of ram

I'm asking £10 each (+ whatever shipping is)

What about the dead ones? They just won't power up or have missing any essential parts?
