I have it, about 18.2MB uncompressed (18MB compressed) on the MacFormat issue 74 cover CD from 1998.
I also have the full game, which seems to not be where it should be - so I'm unable to see it's size. My 2yo son pulled most of my games out of the bookcase at his last party (6 2yo kids can make a lot of mess). I only found out when he came running through the house waving my SimCity 2000 floppy disks in the air with fits of giggles, followed by all his friends with various other bits of software. I'll find it - although even if I do upload it, it's likely too large to download just now.

I could upload the full version if you'd still want it... (it's got the NoCDs and updates etc.)

No thx. I would like to check only soundtrack in demo because in my full version is different soundtrack (in demo is better 
)

Hey if you still have the full version I would want a copy. Mine has been lost for quite some time now... (I actually think I scratched it too bad and threw it away) Even the demo would be nice if you can't get me the full version.

The crime war level on the demo is also different on the demo. Shorter but better.

Easily one of the finest multiplayer games ever made - 2 player only, but magnificent!
I have begged EA to Open Source this game, I would love to see 4/8 player battles on new arenas...
I used to play this split-screen on a Playstation 1, and it was magnificent on that too!

I have Futurecop LAPD on my iMac. Next time I boot it up I will copy it off of there. If I forget and you're impatient about getting the game bug me about it on twitter (same username) or something.
