I found a copy on ebay of Hacker II: Doomsday Papers. It consists of the original 3.5 inch discs plus manual. This one is difficult to find, and has a price to match, but it seems reasonable considering its apparent rarity. If anyone is interested in buying this just be aware that sellers do not always have the necessaries to check the integrity of old Mac floppy disk media. I will not be bidding on this.
