I cant edit own uploads.
I have message about must make comment.
When I write comment editing still not save.
I try many times in different styles....

Happens to me, too.
Solution:
Be aware, *which* Save button you click!
There is another button line anywhere in the middle of the edit page,
which is the one to click when editing pages.
Do not click onto the save button located on the bottom of the edit page,
which is devoted to comments.
