Old stuff for free

I recently came across this: http://www.ebay.de/itm/SyQuest-SQ400-Removable-44MB-Magnetic-Disk-/20042...

I guess I have about 50 of those, alas not mint condition, but used once or twice for backup.

Actually, I want to get rid of my Syquest stuff finally. I have three SQ555 drives in external SCSI cases, one of them with 110/220V input, the others are 220V only I think.
Drives and media are free for postage from my place in Germany and will go to the dump, if not claimed by July, 14th, 2012.

Yes, free for postage as well - posted it in some forums. Smile
A box of stuff up to 20kg is EUR 32,- to the UK, 10kg is EUR 22,- the SQs are about 3.5 kg.
Would you like one or two SQ555, or rather more cartridges, cables, terminators?

I did not keep you email Max, best send me a mail/PM for further details.

So will you take the last SQ555 rob? I just finished imaging the oldies. No data losses after 20 years of storage. There must be about 20 cartridges left, I guess.
If you are in the EU, shipping may be worth the stuff - but anything more far away will be pretty expensive.

Except for the SQ555 there are two Apple CRTs. One 14 inch colour Trinitron and one 13 inch monochrome. Also waiting to be saved from the landfill: Commodore 1084S-P1. Amiga or C64 users where are you?

Probably will have to sit this one out, I'm broke and in the US lol. which really sucks, I don't know the shipping, but I can imagine it's up there, ugh, but yeah they built those things like tanks

which really sucks because I had a 1084s that died a few months ago, those things are hard to find

Shipping abroad is the bummer: http://www.dhl.de/en/paket/privatkunden/international/paket.html
Zone3 would be the US.

Not to gain profit out of them, but to spread the word.
I hate to dump working devices, but I have to clean out some stuff.
