Anyway, if you download this file: Software Vintage for Mac.zip,
can you list all of the software inside them?

Nice find, downloading now!
Nice, downloading as well. Will have a look though.
I hope the .zip file didn't kill the resource forks :/
The Finder's Compress command preserves resource forks in Zip files. Take a look.
Yup, no StuffIt archives -- these files might all be useless -- fairly standard fare, Excel 5.0, 2.2, Freehand 3.0, etc etc. Nothing really outstanding there, and probably wouldn't work if it was there
You should look for the Copland and Rhapsody stuff. Please don't download VPC5.0.0.smi and VPC5.0.4Update.smi inside the Rhapsody folder. There's also the Virtual PC 5 image of Rhapsody DR2 x86.
here's the list (minus subfolders ie. a quickee cut & paste) ... also - some of these are in Spanish

Can you disktracker them?
For anyone with OS 10.3 or later, this archive will open up properly. I can't do it, but someone was nice enough to help me get Voyager II out of the archive so that I could upload it to the Garden.
If anyone has old magneto-optical drives, it looks like there might be some drivers here in this list: "Fujitsu MO Utility," and "MO Installer.sit." It's hard to find drivers for old SCSI MO drives these days.
i find that the disinfectant 2.4 file is having a hard time leaving my computer, it keeps telling me its busy when i try to trash it. restart or not.
Excellent, I'm putting 640MB MO drives into all of my Macs. I'll try out the drivers now, if I can.
Thanks for the link Protocol 7!
I humbly submit this link, on the offchance the uber-gurus of ClassicMacDom have not yet farmed it for interesting morsels - I stumbled across it randomly looking for something
On a related topic, perhaps an updated links resource is needed - though I fully get that the Garden is best served & protected by disassociating itself with sources of "illegal" downloads - on the other hand I would like to make MacGarden my one-stop shop for Classic software
Let me guess…
You found it at the BetaArchive…
In a post that I made…
please no bickering, it doesn't really matter
Okay, To be honest, I found it here…

The software vintage zip file does not have any useful files. They are just zeros.
Update: I finally got it to open in my 1st generation MacBook Air. I'd need a HFS formatted disk to put these in Mac OS. Use Blanks to do that.
