I request an unban

It has come to my attention, that I was banned under the macintosh garden IRC, for a completely unrelated situation on the 68kmla and a misunderstanding. Why this would translate to this IRC is unknown, and I will immediately request to host an alternative the the provided macintosh garden IRC if this issue persists.

My guess is that as m garden IRC uses freenode and because freenode has blanket-banned you or the service you use, for whatever reason it has and its likely that if you tried any other freenode IRC service you'd banned from them too - for whatever reason.

Just a guess... freenode

A question. Know of any other classic Mac IRC service that doesn't use freenode? I'm interested because I do not like the freenode service. Period.

PM me on IRC and ask. If you can't connect to Freenode then you're globally banned and I can't help you there.

EFNet isn't the worst for this kind of stuff but they have no services at all. Not sure yet, been too busy to think about it.

Sorry for the bump, but what about Foonetic? I run a channel over there, and they've got services (nickserv and chanserv, don't know what else you need) and are very laid back as far as what you can host.
