G'day all, I couldn't find this posted on the site, and found a copy recently (with the update). We already have 8.0 and 10.0 here, is it OK to post v. 9.0?
PS. This site is becoming EPIC!

I have pre-instaled working 9.02 english version. 32 mb SIT volume.
This is the full installer app + update. I found it on a PC disk, so I have lost the type/creator of the main installer file -
I assume it is an Installer Vise installer, but could someone pls verify this pls?
@themacmeister:
I don't have this CD so can't confirm. But if it is a VISE installer and has lost the type/creator parts then I would assume that it has also lost the resource fork of the installer. If so then this would be fatal. That is; returning the type/creator info would likely not cure the problem.
You can check to see if there is a resource fork yourself by dragging the icon of the installer onto ResEdit.
ResEdit will either open to display the resources available OR it will complain that there is no resource fork. If it does open and display resources then perhaps the file is recoverable but if there are none I fear that this file would be now be all but useless (save somebody with an intact installer sending you the entire resource fork from the installer).
And if there are resources intact then there should be a clue in there (such as version number and makers sigs etc) as to the origin of the installer - if its a VISE installer or some other installer type.
Thanks MikeTomTom!
It appears to be the correct size, which is good. I have the PC installer disk, a copy from Singapore I believe, but it may be a hybrid - I will check.
