This post should have them:

All links are inactive:( maybe someone could upload to mediafire?
@joshlac:
A complete set of G3/G4 Install/Restore discs from an iMac G4 Flat Panel are here:
http://www.mediafire.com/?315vwcwj9tngx
Be sure to download and read the RTF file so you can see if they're compatible with your model.
They are also here, but the connection speed is slow, unless you have an account. They are in the "Mac OS Classic," "Apple Disks," then "Apple restore disks" folder.

You can get any version of the old Mac OS from this link:
http://winworldpc.com/downloads_s2.shtml
Go to this directory: /Abandonware Operating Systems/Macintosh.
I know it says WinWorld but they got Mac OS 0.85 to Mac OS 10.1.
I thinks he asked for os 9.2.2 (classic folder in osx tiger)
not the older version that your suggest
I've them now, working great, thank you Mulder
Does anyone klnow if these Restore CDs will work on this machine?
Chipset Model: GeForce4 MX
Machine Name: iMac
Machine Model: PowerMac4,5
CPU Type: PowerPC G4 (2.1)
Number Of CPUs: 1
CPU Speed: 800 MHz
L2 Cache (per CPU): 256 KB
Memory: 1 GB
Bus Speed: 100 MHz
Boot ROM Version: 4.4.5f3
IF these are still the six iMac G4 800MHz restore cd's I uploaded a long time ago, they came with the first generation iMac (15" screen) after the second generation (same 800MHz but 17" screen) was released. So they should be good on either model.
BUT, there was a third gen iMac with 800MHz processor, that these probably don't work on, it only boots to OS X. You might be able to tell from the start of your serial number. 3rd char is year of manufacture, ie. 2 is 2002, 3 is 2003. 4th and 5th chars are week of manufacture, so 05 would be first week of Feb. etc. If you have 2002, it's an ealy model, if you have 2003, probably a later model. Announced in Jan 2003, released in Feb.
It appears that OS 9 does not work on this, seems to be a Geforce4 verse 2 issues.. I boot and then get a black screen. I have the model M6498 that does boot OS9. I used a titanium image to boot this but I have now video acceleration
I used the image here, but its not right http://inefficienciestoday.blogspot.com/2011/04/download-restore-image-f...
Checked the ROM files and the one in the CD Collection above is 9.1................. I need ROM 9.6.1 ........ Well atleast thats the one in the systems folder now that I can boot
Does anyone have Mac OS 9.2.2 (Mac OS ROM 9.0.1) CD/ISO/DMG or any other file type ?
Worked out which iMac you have now, the "OS9 General.dmg" disk image that appears on this site multiple times sounds like it will work for you. It is for the MDD G4's, the dual 867MHz model had a GeForce4 MX card.
I will try the OS9General.dmg and report back, thank you.
Hey thank you all - OS9General.dmg did indeed work and boot the iMac...
Thanks Again.
Woohoo !! I didn't realise that the first 17" model had a different video card from the 15" until you pointed it out (I mean how often do Apple upgrade the video cards, even today).
I believe my first-gen 700MHz iMac will use the same ROM version. let me check and get back. Using GeForce 2MX 32MB I believe. (knowing my memory, it is probably a ATI Radeon)
