A member over at 68kMLA is giving away a bunch of classic Macs. He's pretty desperate to get them gone as he's moving out of town Thursday, so he needs them gone by Wednesday night. Hoping to help save some Macs from the landfill. Reply back here if you're interested and we can try and figure out how to everyone together.
Here's the list:
Performa 636 with OS 8.1 (has Mac Paint!)
Performa 6115CD with OS 8.5, upgraded with a 247MHz Newertech PDS processor card and AV card
Performa 6400/180 with OS 9.1, TV tuner card, remote control, and USB add-on ports (makes a fun television)
Power Mac 7100/80 with OS 8.6
Power Mac G3 with OS 9.1
Macintosh Color Display (15", I think)
The following two macs booted and worked perfectly before I put them in storage. While in storage, their PRAM batteries ran dry. I believe they will work perfectly once their batteries have been replaced.
Mac Classic 2, powers on, doesn't boot
Mac LC, does not power on
I also have boxes full of SCSI cables, SCSI terminators, ethernet dongles, Apple ADB keyboards, Apple ADB mice, and some old original Mac OS disks including OS 7.6, 8.5, and 9.1. I haven't opened the boxes in a while. If anyone is interested, I can dig through them and give a more complete listing of their contents.
