@nomed89
Thanks for doing that. Did you just record the game audio without sfx?
And I totally agree with you that these recordings are valuable learning tools. I also think they are a great historical reference.

It was becoming a lengthy process to learn how to properly extract the DAT files. So I used Audacity and recorded the game without the sound effects. Almost 20 mins of good music that I can enjoy and share with others. I hope to confirm the composer one of these days.

Killgruz (http://www.youtube.com/user/killgruz) went out of his way to help me find out the names of the music files and some of the artists. Apparently they were Amiga mod files. I linked them in the video descriptions but here are the links in one place. As Killgruz sent me in his email.

The first file called Music.DAT.1 is a song called "noname" I didn't find out the composer's name but it's page on Mod Archive is here:

Next file Music.DAT.2 is actually called "stuntman2". It was uploaded to the Mod Archive by someone named Allister Brimble, but there's really no telling if that is the person who wrote it or not. Not sure. The link to that one is:
http://modarchive.org/index.php?request=view_by_moduleid&query=60767

Next Music.DAT.3 is called "technostyle iii" and the author is Xenon from an old cracking group called Triad. Here's an interview with him:

Fourth file called Music.DAT.4 is simply named "tune3" Not sure who wrote this one. Mod Archive Link:

Last one is called Music.DAT.5 is called "Counter-Measure" and it was composed by DENS Design Norway. There is contact information on the Mod Archive page for this one. Link:
