In the interest of archiving and preserving software for future generations, may I add a page about Mac OS X for Intel platform Macs? Like MG pages for Electronic Arts, I propose a page which will point to Apple Store.

Apple never released OS X for AMD CPUs. It appears from that title that what you are referring to is the legally dubious OSX86 (or Hackintosh). That would be a definite no-no here, but there are plenty of online resources covering that.

I read the Macintosh Garden + Electronic Arts story, when I was a lurker two years ago (before I registered account here). (I think EA are crazy, but that is subjective and not relevant.) I think, as a big bad wolf, EA's action was reasonable: EA demanded MG to not point to locations of things of a kind. MG was not 'got shut down'.

When the publishers are not interested in software preservation, we can't host it.
