Apple never released OS X for AMD CPUs. It appears from that title that what you are referring to is the legally dubious OSX86 (or Hackintosh). That would be a definite no-no here, but there are plenty of online resources covering that.

I read the Macintosh Garden + Electronic Arts story, when I was a lurker two years ago (before I registered account here). (I think EA are crazy, but that is subjective and not relevant.) I think, as a big bad wolf, EA's action was reasonable: EA demanded MG to not point to locations of things of a kind. MG was not 'got shut down'.

I did not come here for arguing / bickering / flaming. Honestly, I do not think I was bickering or flaming. Now, I feel like I am walking on eggshells. I want no trouble.
When the publishers are not interested in software preservation, we can't host it.
