does anybody still have this one and is willing to upload it?
It seems that it is unavailable on the net for many years.
I usually prefer Norton System Info or MiniBech, but why not give MacBench a try?

Solved. Some Romanian FTP server seems to host it.

Was this the full CD or the 2MB-ish installer? I haven't been able to find the full CD.

2MB-ish SIT file sounds about right. The inflated folder is about 10MB, obviously not the CD image.
