Maybe. At least one person has claimed they've modded a sawtooth 400mhz with a 533 DA CPU successfully.
The seller has dropped his buy now price to AU $110.46 - but I think this is still way overpriced. You should be able to purchase a whole working 533 DA Mac for $100 or much less, if one came up FS.
