Name of educational math game eludes me

I've been trying to remember he name of an educational math game that came on a CD-ROM and was playable on a Power Macintosh 6200 (75Mhz) around 1996-1997.

The main theme of the game was that a green, worming looking computer virus is multiplying inside the computer, and to stop it the player had to complete several levels of various game types involving math skills up to basic algebra. One of the levels involved positioning on a coordinate grid. Near the midpoint of the levels, a video relevant to the activities would play, along the lines of a short 'How Stuff Works' episode or scene out of Mr Rogers neighborhood. The final level was always a cannon game where the player had to control the angle and power of a canon to shoot down the green worm flying by.

I swear I could draw that worm from memory or mimic what it sounded like, but the name of the game is beyond my recollection.

Does any of this ring a bell for anyone?
