If I can elaborate a bit on that slightly blunt request, I'd love to get hold of a copy of this and I'd be very grateful to anyone who can help. Recycle is an indispensable tool for musicians, allowing you to create loops from samples and export into the REX format, which compatible with many audio workstations.
Propellerhead no longer sell the versions of Recycle which are compatible with OS 9, and I think this very unique piece of software is well worth archiving

I only have this copy of 1.6. It's just the program and the manual so I don't know if it's missing anything essential, but it launched OK in Sheepshaver. Hopefully it'll be of some use.

Recycle got a 2.2 update on October 2011 so I doubt Propellerheads will be giving it away anytime soon.

I tried to download the Recycle version but all I could find at the end of your link is a button that downloads some sort of windows executable. How do I get to the Recycle file?

Thanks Protocol 7. 1.6 is the version I have that only runs in 7.6.1 and crashes 8.6 and 9.1 but I'll give it a try.

I've scoured all of the grimiest ad-supported corners of the net trying to find version 2, but no luck - maybe between us we can find a copy somewhere eventually. Until then, Reason 2.5 and Recycle 1.6 it is!

I'm in the same boat. I have 1.6 and 1.7, both of which work fine in OS9. However v2.0 is the final OS9 version and supports full stereo samples, which is a pretty useful addition.
If anyones interested, I have the ReCycle 2.0 app, however it is copy protected and I can't actually launch it. I think it may just need a serial number? Will check..
