Is it ok to use the built-in "Game File" upload box when adding small sit files or do I need to link them to outside sources like large CD files?

I just check my Dark Castle upload and got this error:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I then checked my Quarterstaff upload form a few weeks ago and it says the same thing.

Is this normal for uploads here or should I relink them to outside sources?
