Real macs (68K architecture) to play games

I am thinking of buying a 68K Mac to test these games. I prefer the older 68K architecture, since most PPC games were ported from PC IMHO. I found an LC 475, but it's without monitor.

A) Can I use a SVGA monitor with it (or a TV set)?
B) Do you recommend another model? (Perhaps an all in one?)

You can buy a DB15 to VGA adapter for that, but I don't know where you can find that.

I bought a Mac DB15 to VGA adapter from Monoprice, and it's been effective for me:

I might have one in my box of bits and bobs from my old IIsi and IIci days. TV sets are a definite no.

Try the SVGA out on another computer at 72dpi, whatever resolution that works out as - use a ruler if you have to. Most are now 96dpi, or higher, and the Classic Mac software was not written for that, it comes out looking tiny.

LC475 is probably a good choice, it's small and fast, and colour.
