I remember a really old extension I found somewhere I think around the Mac Plus era - back when Macs still had 800K drives and no hard disks, so disk swapping was a necessity. Anyway, it patched things so that whenever the Insert Disk dialog appeared, the Mac played this absolutely horrid-sounding voice from some movie I presume screeching, "FEEEEEED ME!" Anybody know where to find it now?

I had something called MacPuke, which made a puke sound every time a disk was ejected. "Really" funny ? well, no you got "sick" of it after the third or fourth retch.
Your "Feed Me" may be an option in "The Grouch", he'd sing things everytime you dropped stuff in the Trash - "I love Trash" - or emptied the trash. The disk eject may have been an extra option that I just turned off.
Said it before, but "The Grouch" probably remains the most destructive "virus" ever for the Mac, not because of what it does, but millions of children would trash any files they could find on their parents Macs, just to see the Grouch pop up (out of the trash can) and sing at them.

I don't know the extension, sorry. But the voice or sound would have to be from the song "Feed Me (Git It)" and/or movie "The Little Shop of Horrors"
