I don't have this program and searching online for it is difficult, so it must be rare.
There is mention of it on this page regarding "Obscure Software Titles", being incorporated into an Ambrosia shareware called "Oracle". To quote:
"permission had been obtained for the Oracle software to incorporate material that had previously appeared in the Synchronicity divination software from Paul O'Brien and Visionary Software.
Notes: Version 2.1.0 of the Oracle software was included on the CD-ROM that came with the book "Learn C on the Macintosh" (Second Edition) (Addison-Wesley, 1995.)"
From there, you can visit two sites connected with Paul O'Brien:
(1). Paul O'Brien - Divination Foundation: This has a good history regarding his beginnings and Visionary Software, plus further links.
(2). Tarot.com: Founded by Paul O'Brien and he has a blog there. Perhaps you could ask him directly about his 1989 program and its whereabouts.
There is also his book for sale at Scribd.com entitled: "The Visionary I Ching".

I was stopping by as I managed to find a source disk for this (and a few other items) but lack the means to transfer and upload. I'll be posting on the tech page for someone who can take this on and your post is quite unexpected. Thanks again.
