Restore discs for 2006 iMac 17 in. with Intel core 2 duo proc

Hi...does anyone have the restore discs for an iMac 17in. Intel based made in late 2006?

Also, does anyone know what OS came with this particular iMac? I believe Tiger came with it...but not sure. I'm trying to get it rebuilt for a friend...and he doesn't have any discs that came with it (typical).

If anyone can help me out...i would greatly appreciate it!! Thanks!

No, this iMac's OS is too new. The Macintosh Garden is primarily for old abandonware games from a much earlier era. Your friend would do better by looking for these restore disks on eBay.

I don't advocate this but check torrenting sites for OS X Tiger or Ebay. I've seen some on there for about 30 bucks.
I'm assuming Tiger came on it as well because Tiger came out in 2005 and was succeeded by Leopard in 2007.
