The idea is simple:
When you see some cool games or apps and you want to download them later (or some other reason), you can add them to your favorites. If you added it, you can go to My Account > Favorites.
What do you think? Is it a good idea?

Sounds like a good idea, it just wouldn't be useful to me. When I find a game I usually just copy the link into a download manager like JDownloader. Then I just fire that up when I can download. It keeps my list for me.
Just because I won't use doesn't mean others won't.
