Toast 11 + HFS Standard?

Recently bought Toast 11, but I can't find the option to create HFS Standard discs, as given in Toast 10 and earlier versions. Anyone know how to set this option in Toast 11, or even, whether this is possible at all?
A tiny test project force-created a HFS+ image instead of HFS Standard.

Google won't answer that yet: Let me google that for you

Same here. Can only come with this rough way around the obstacle:
– create a empty R/W disk image with Disk Utility in HFS format, fill it, burn it with Toast.

Although it's a MacOS thing, since 10.6 or 10.7 - not being able to write to HFS Standard devices, that shouldn't affect creating an HFS Standard disk image in Toast, and apparently Disk Utility.

Yes, Toast 10 works fine with creating HFS Standard cdr's on Mac OS X 10.6.x

Have to try the hint of SwedeBear.
