So the donate thing says $10.00 over goal, and large files are still unavailable. I am wildly interested in getting my hands on 4x4 Evo 1, and I would be happy to host a permanent download mirror for it.

The other admin who pays for the server space, Maedi, can't be reached currently, and there's not much I can do by myself (if I re-enable large downloads the money will go fast). We'll just have to wait

So, were's maedi? Why can't you contact him/her? Did he take the money and run? Was he killed ? 
you don't have to answer any of these questions, just curious why you can't make contact,
(ps 000a 11,000 MB free could be used for mirrors, google it)

Well he didn't take the money and run because the current server is still up. Most likely he's just really busy. He's not been active here either lately.

Hmm, how much does 1gb of bandwidth cost? I suggest a payment system where users have to buy the bandwidth needed to download their game if its over a certain size. It's probably going to only be $1 or something, which is small for the user but expensive for the host.
